Technical Features

1. The frame is welded with standard 100×100, 100×50, 10# and steel plate, and the whole steel plate is laid on the bottom of the machine to improve the stability of the whole machine.

2. Mould movement (close/open) is controlled by hydraulic system, four pillars. It uses the YUKEN brand from Taiwan.

3. The oil pump motor adopts 11kw WNM brand motor. This is the best quality and can save energy.

4. The main pneumatic components adopt Japanese SMC original solenoid valve, which is more stable.

5. The paper feeding device is controlled by 3.7 kilowatts.

6. The plug-in device adopts air cylinder (Japanese servo motor can be customized)

7. The lubrication system adopts automatic lubrication device, positive displacement of oil, stable and efficient, and real-time monitoring.

8. The chain adopts a combined structure, with a cooling device, and the width can beauto-adjust.

9. Heating system: use Jiangsu brand infrared heater 650/800W. stainless steel

Heat down. Top 9×12, bottom 9×11. The heating furnace can be entered and exited.
